Well a week and a half ago I finished up my biking over thanksgiving weekend. I ended up with a little over 200 miles and a lot of experience for this summers ride. On the last day I went from London, Ohio to Sunbury, Ohio. I really felt as though I could have done 80 miles if I would have had more daylight. It was a experience riding through Columbus and stopped for lunch at the horseshoe! It was a beautiful day to ride a bike. On the prayer front I really want to thank my friends and family for the prayers this past week. Most of you know I was in the hospital this weekend for test, because of the chest pain I had last week. Long story short the test came back good which was great news for me with my family heart history. Now starts the task of winter training involving; a gym membership, spinning class, riding on rollers at home, and lots of planning. I will keep you all updated on my training process over the winter. Until my next grammatically incorrect post enjoy the holidays and the reason for the season!
Psalms 5:3
3 My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O Lord; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up.
